We accept exchange within 14 days of purchase for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns are subject to inspection before approval, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional events are non-refundable or exchangable.

Products may be exchanged within 14 working days of receipt if:

The wrong model, size, or color was received.

The product arrived damaged or defective.
All returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in their original condition.

Returned with the original box/packaging, tags, and receipt.

Promotional or discounted items are non-exchangeable.
Rev Edition Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Approved refunds (for defective cases only) will be processed within 30 working days.

How to Request an Exchange
Contact us via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message OR email to hokamalaysia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

A photo of the product.

The reason for exchange.

If applicable, the desired size or color.

Note: Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll inspect the product condition and confirm eligibility via email.
Upon approval, prepare the item for return along with your exchange confirmation email and purchase receipt.
Once the return is verified, a replacement item will be shipped, and you’ll receive a new order number via email.
