Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At HOKA Malaysia, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review the following policy before submitting a return or exchange request.
HOKA Malaysia (hoka.com.my) is operated by Rev Edition Sdn Bhd, an authorized distributor and retailer of HOKA products in Malaysia.
All sale, promotional, discounted, limited launch, clearance, and international order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval by Rev Edition Sdn Bhd.
Eligibility Requirements
Your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.
- Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box in good condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or misuse will not be accepted.
Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any other related charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered.
Approved returns may be exchanged for:
- The same item in a different size (subject to availability); or
- Another item of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Socks
- Undergarments
- Apparels
- Cap/Hat
Right to Reject Returns
Rev Edition Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
