ORDERING

  • All footwear follows US sizing.
  • Product availability reflects current online inventory; if an item is unavailable, it may be temporarily out of stock.
  • Orders can only be placed through our official website — phone or email orders are not accepted.
  • You may check out as a guest, but creating an account allows for easier order tracking and exclusive benefits.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, FPX (Malaysia), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Atome.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately and cannot be amended or cancelled.
  • If changes are required, you may proceed with an exchange after receiving your order.

DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed and shipped from Malaysia.
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
  • Same-day delivery is not available.
  • You can track your order through the confirmation email or tracking page provided after dispatch.
  • Delivery is available within Malaysia only, excluding PO boxes and remote/unserviceable areas.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
  • Exchange is applicable only for:
  • + Wrong model, size, or colour received
  • + Damaged or defective items upon arrival
  • All products for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags, packaging, and receipt.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges for online purchases must be processed strictly online. In-store exchanges are not allowed.
  • Once approved, exchanges will be processed and shipped within 30 working days.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

PRODUCT CARE

  • Footwear: Clean using a soft brush or sponge with mild detergent and warm water. Air dry naturally — avoid direct sunlight or heat.
  • Apparel: Machine wash cold with similar colours. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Bags: Wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use mild detergent and air dry.
  • Caps & Accessories: Hand wash gently and air dry to maintain shape and material quality.

PROMOTIONS & TERMS

  • Promotions are valid only on www.hoka.com.my and for personal use.
  • Selected new arrivals and outlet items may be excluded from promotions.
  • Guest checkout orders do not earn points.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please double-check all order details before confirming — orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection; worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores.
  • Some areas in Malaysia may be unserviceable for delivery.
  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
